This Tuesday and Wednesday is the last Sombo
and MMA of the year so lets make it one to remember. It's been a great year for
the club with us having over 1100 adults on the mat over 2 nights now I bet
there not many clubs that can say that. Lets hope next year brings us the same
if not more because it’s been a pleasure to teach everyone one of them that's
been on my mat.
