Quite a few people have asked for Book and Tour Updates so here goes.
Book Update. We have the book in our hands now. It's 573 pages and includes a full account of my life through 5 stages. All the highs. All the lows. And all the bits in between. The cost is 19.99 and 6 pounds for UK postage. Total 25.99. It won't be available in the shops, or on Amazon, until sometime next year. I will carry books with me on tour but we are finding that it takes quite a long time for me to sign them and pose for pictures etc. Some people are now ordering in advance so that I can sign and hand deliver. Of course for hand deliveries there are no postage costs so it's just 19.99.
